For added flexibility, installment payments are also available through Alma (3, 4, 10, or 12 installments) for purchases up to €10,000. Bank transfer is also accepted. Finally, for purchases between €200 and €20,000, you may choose to finance your order in 13 to 84 monthly installments through our partner Younited.

Delivery

Each order is prepared with the utmost care and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days, subject to availability.

France: Standard home delivery is complimentary.

Europe: Delivery fee of €75, complimentary for orders over €5,000.

Belgium: Delivery fee of €50, complimentary for orders over €5,000.

International: Delivery available at a rate of €200 via a secure carrier.

In-store collection is also available and complimentary. You will be notified by email as soon as your order is ready.

Please note: For orders exceeding €5,000, shipment is made with declared value to ensure optimal security. In this case, 24-hour express delivery is not applicable and delivery may take up to 5 business days.

Returns

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Returns are covered within France, and refunds are issued to the original payment method within 30 days of receiving the returned item, provided that the product is sent back in its original condition, complete, and accompanied by the invoice.
