We understand that purchasing a precious piece online may require time for reflection. For this reason, we offer a flexible and secure return policy, allowing you to shop with complete confidence.

You have 30 days

If, for any reason, your purchase does not meet your expectations, you have thirty (30) days from the date of receipt to return the item. Returns are accepted for a refund provided that the pieces are unworn, undamaged, unengraved and sent back in their original condition.

Products must be returned complete, in their original packaging, with all accessories, documentation and the purchase invoice. Any item that is damaged, incomplete or shows signs of use will not be eligible for return.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply download and complete the return form enclosed in your parcel.

Return shipping fees

For returns originating from France, the return shipping fees are fully covered by our Maison. For returns from other countries, shipping fees remain at the customer’s expense.

Once the product has been received and inspected by our team, your refund will be processed within fourteen (14) days, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
