Payment in instalments

With Alma

To give you greater flexibility, we offer the option to pay in instalments through our partner Alma.

When placing your order, you may choose to pay in 2, 3, 4, 10 or 12 instalments. Payments are automatically debited from the credit card used at checkout. Your order is prepared and shipped as soon as the first instalment has been validated.

The payment process is simple and secure. After selecting Alma at checkout, you will be redirected to their secure interface to enter your payment details. An identity verification step may be required. You will then receive an email detailing your payment schedule, along with a reminder before each instalment is due.

Eligibility conditions

Payment in instalments with Alma is subject to the following conditions:

- Maximum amount: €10,000

- Your credit card must remain valid for the entire duration of the payment plan

- Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express issued in France

- Prepaid, virtual and systematic authorisation cards are not accepted

- Fees apply only for payments in 10 and 12 instalments

Payments in 10 and 12 instalments are available exclusively to customers residing in France.

Payments in 2, 3 and 4 instalments are available in selected European countries, including Spain, Belgium (2x and 3x only), Germany, Italy, Austria, Ireland, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.

Returns and refunds

If a return is approved by our team, a refund request will automatically be submitted to Alma:

- For an order containing a single item, the first instalment will be refunded and all subsequent payments cancelled.

- For an order containing multiple items, the payment schedule will be recalculated based on the remaining balance.

- Long-term financing

With Younited

For purchases between €200 and €20,000, we also offer financing from 13 to 84 instalments through our credit partner, subject to approval of your application.
