Your satisfaction is our top priority. That is why you have 14 days to change your mind after ordering a product on our website. The return costs will be at our charge for returns in France.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, download and fill in the form provided in your package. You will be reimbursed on the payment method used for the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned product.

Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions), allowing them to be remarketed in new condition, accompanied by the purchase invoice. Damaged, soiled or incomplete products will not be accepted.
